Every visitors to open inspections is a potential lead, best referral source for brokers is real estate agents. Potential clients who might or might not buy the advertised or inspected property will still need a pre approval loan or even a refinanced cash out loan for investment purpose

Brokers who are in the BCP is entitled to 20% referral fee from N1 Realty should the property is successfully sold. That gives brokers more than just the home loan revenue.
